Jana believes in the therapeutic power of conscious movement and breath work to create change in our bodies and minds. In her Vinyasa and Restorative classes she offers a safe space for people to connect to themselves and practice as energetic or restorative as one needs. Jana is passionate about using Yoga as a guide to tune into our body’s own wisdom, heart’s truth, and mind’s peaceful true nature and helping people find ownership of their own holistic health in a light and supportive way.
