Angel trained in both Hatha, and Vinyasa Flow and teaches Vinyasa sequences which deliver a good balance between strength and flexibility. As students move from posture to posture, they are encouraged to bring awareness to the breath. This awareness helps to calm the mind and bring attention to the present moment.
“For me, yoga enables connection, self awareness and compassion. My goal as a teacher is to share this gift with my students, helping them to realise their full potential, and allowing them the space for important self reflection and insight.”
