Abhi teaches Body & Brain Yoga fortnightly Friday 7pm

 

The practice of Body and Brain Yoga works to develop strength, flexibility and uplifts breathing and energy through Korean heritage of holistic mind-body practices.

 

Body & Brain Yoga incorporates dynamic movements that resemble those of Kundalini yoga as well as meridian stretching, tapping, vibration and deep meditation for truly unique mindful experience with exercise.

 

Expect to feel more connected with yourself, grounded, relaxed as well as refreshed and recharged.
