Discover all about it in these step by step classes into all the areas surrounding this wonderful practice and start on your journey to sharpen your mindfulness skills.
The classes are delivered by Simon Centofanti, who has an MA in Applied Psychology and is a great advocate of mindfulness for himself as well as a practitioner.
Sessions run Monday 0930 and Friday 1745 and can be taken as a course of 6 or come and go when your schedule suits.
