Tony has a keen interest in the benefits that yoga can bring to those who may be prone to feelings of stress or anxiety. His teaching style is relaxed and informal and with a therapeutic feel. Students are encouraged to be themselves and practice to their own ability. Classes are centered around Hatha practices such as breathing, postural practice and relaxation but also feature influences from other forms. The pace is gentle and restorative and sessions culminate with a guided mindfulness meditation.
