Yoga Classes

Nancy is a passionate yogi with a home practice to die for. Her style leans towards Vinyasa, which is also the nature of her training however Nancy embraces the changes around her and allows for diversity and exploration within her classes. As a mum of 3 young children, Nancy relates to the paradox of parenting and the duality of its organisation. Parents have long been choosing personal schedules/rituals (or in fact they have chosen us!) in order to survive the sometimes hectic daily activities of our family. It can be hard to incorporateĀ a yoga practice in amongst the chaos, homework, meal prep and let’s face it, time you could be sleeping šŸ˜‰ Well, this yogi has chosen to bring you a time slot suited to the ‘post school-run’ dash. Classes will be held on a Friday morning at 9.45am for 1 hour. So pop your yoga pants on (or anything comfortable you can find on top of the washing pile) and come on over to the Cornwall Yoga Centre for a strengthening Vinyasa or take choices into your own hands to follow the flow gently and just Savasana it out. There are options for everyone. See you on the mat!
