Yogajane is known for the uplifting and kind energy that she brings to every yoga class. Her compassionate and welcoming nature allows everyone to feel supported whilst gaining confidence throughout their practice.
She delivers fun, creative classes suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced and of all ages; specializing in yoga for children. YogaJane’s style is playful and creative; flowing sequences, accompanied by music makes each class both energizing and relaxing. She blends a colourful mix of her favourite methods of yoga to create her own original style, with a deep sense of self-acceptance and self-love at the core of her teachings.
YogaJane’s began her journey whilst living in Thailand. After dealing with the sudden loss of her friend she became determined to find a deeper meaning to life. She first developed a practice in Vipassana Meditation at the beginning of 2011 and then started practicing Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow yoga regularly a few months later. YogaJane started her teaching career in Thailand in 2013 where she taught yoga to children with English as a second language. She completed her Children’s yoga Teacher Training in 2014 with Yogakidz worldwide and later went on to do her 200hour Yoga Teacher Training in India in 2015 with Siddhi Yoga and has been teaching in schools, studios and businesses in Bristol, Portugal and Cornwall ever since.
YogaJane regularly continues her professional development at the Bristol School of Yoga and Falmouth Yoga space in various intensive courses and has most recently completed her SUP yoga teacher training in Malta.
Her extensive training and devoted practice makes her an influential teacher, she works with integrity and has taught multiply beginners courses with the hope in allowing everyone to realise their full potential through yoga. She runs regular classes and workshops for adults and children in Truro and St Agnes.
