Yoga Classes

For many years Ian has been a private practitioner in the North of England and then in South West London, combining Physiotherapy, Traditional Acupuncture and Ayurveda, with a focus on harmonious living for health and wellbeing.

The foundation for this has been his practice of Meditation and the study of Yog Science and Vedant Philosophy for over 30 years.

For the last 5 years he has been living in Northern India and continuing this study at Advanced Level at the International Meditation Institute.

Ian has recently moved to Cornwall and is now available to teach meditation for both beginners and those with more experience.

Initially he will be presenting an Introduction to Meditation course in which there will be opportunity for practice and experience as well as time for question and answer. We will explore body, mind and spirit and topics will include the attainment of happiness and peace and freedom from stress.
