I have been practicing martial arts since I was a child and Hatha yoga for over twenty years now. I am a martial arts instructor in Kung Fu, Kali and kickboxing, having studied Yoga in India and martial arts throughout Europe and Asia, I have level 3 diplomas in Yoga, Chi Gung, and teaching.
Chi Gung is a gentle fluid internal martial art that focuses on meridians, breath work and meditation whilst Tai Chi involves gentle flowing movements with Kung Fu and martial arts applications, along with philosophy’s and history of the arts. Its practice is derived from man’s study of nature and the natural environment and is at least 5000 years in the making. My martial arts career has moved beyond the external applications to further focus on internal arts; being at one with nature and its forces, whilst balancing the chi energy in myself and my environment.
There is said to be Chi energy in everything, and balancing one’s Chi can benefit all of us in so many ways. I look forward to guiding you through your practice.
