Emma completed her 200 hour training in Goa, India. Her style is based on Ashtanga yoga with a vinyasa flair. She also teaches a relaxing Yin style practice, as a calming complement the to the ‘yang’ style vinyasa. Her passion for yoga grew from practicing gymnastics at an early age. She is especially interested in the positive psychological effects yoga has and how beneficial it can be to everyone and anyone. Emma also specialises in pranayama and meditation. She will be returning to India in December 2018 to complete her 300 hours and will then be a qualified 500 hour teacher.
