Yoga Classes

Trained in both Hatha, and Vinyasa Flow, I teach vinyasa sequences which deliver a good balance between strength and flexibility. As we move from posture to posture, I like to encourage the awareness of breath which helps to calm the mind and bring awareness back to the present moment.

Yoga for me enables connection, self awareness and compassion. My goal as a teacher is to share this gift with my students, helping them to realise their full potential, and allowing them the space for important self reflection and insight.
