Zen Yoga is a gentle, restorative class for all levels aimed at connecting mind and body in a journey of discovering what you need, what feels good and what is right for you and your practice in each moment.
It includes a variety or practices from various traditions. Among the regular Asana and Pranayama (breath work) we explore gentle movement through flow, Tai chi and Qi gong, self massage for energy channels and positive triggers, guided meditation, and playful exploration of stretch and strengthening asanas.
