Vinyasa Yoga with Nina

Yoga Classes

The class is available for all abilities. We dedicate the practice of yoga to being honest and open with ourselves. We take the opportunity to open up when necessary and learn from our own bodies.


There is always a steady Vinyasa to build and return to in this class, not to promote automation but to use as a foundation to work upon and grow. Once we have established the union of breath and movement through sun salutation, we explore our physical practice further by investigating our boundaries and honoring the self. We smile, we practice, we question and ultimately we create more and more choices for ourselves, physically and otherwise. With guidance you can begin to chose the depth of asana and have fun whilst doing so.


We finish class with a relaxing Savasana often accompanied by a short reading and/or vocally assisted relaxation.
