Tai-Chi Level 2

Yoga Classes

Join Gary at 7pm every Tuesday evening for training in Tai Chi – Level 2. The class is designed to teach further understanding of Tai Chi and Chi Gung. This session is suitable for those who have either completed their level 1 traing or have experience in the basic Tai Chi forms. Chi Gung and Tai Chi welcomes those wanting to improve self-awareness, understand their own physical capabilities and hone strength whilst sharpening your inner power.
