From this class you can expect depth. We will be delving a little deeper into the teachings and the roots of yoga. We will explore different philosophies from different perspectives and see how we can use these tools in our daily lives, on and off out yoga mats. Then create the energy for our physical practice with some pranayama, mantra and mudra.
The asana will be a slow flow, with a more yin approach. Holding postures long enough to find a sweet spot (Sukha), and moving spaciously between them with control (sthira) and fluidity.
To finish it off, you can expect a dreamy Savasana, with an optional assist, to help you sink deeper into your final resting pose.
