Tully is offering a physical style of practice which is suitable for people who have never done Yoga before as well as experienced students who would like to use Yoga as a workout. This is a strong class suitable for people who wish to challenge themselves.

This class is based around sun salutations. Students are encouraged play with more challenging postures.
