Post School Run Yoga is a space and time slot created for grounding and balance. Take a break from your day-to-day decision making and turn your attention to you! We will begin by considering the welfare of our inner state of being moving through the class using a vinyasa based practice and concluding with deep relaxation. A well deserved hour away from the choas of everyday life.
This class is all inclusive yet held at a time convenient to those parents/guardians dropping their little ones at school. See you on the mat!
