Flow Yoga is a Vinyasa based practice. In this practice the breath is used to link postures as we flow through this moving meditation.
Classes will differ slightly from week to week as we explore different themes or target different areas of the body.
We will use sun salutations as a method of building heat and linking poses throughout the practice.
Flow yoga can result in development of strength, flexibility, alignment, and endurance.
No prior yoga experience is required.
